          This year 2012  we will be making Venison Hot dogs, Pepperoni and Polish sausage.  Also Venison Bologna and Slim Wllies, BBQ and Hill Billy jerky and Rope Sausage.

Dropping off your Deer, Elk, Bear etc:  Please remove all the guts and  bung-hole before dropping it off  for processing.  Our staff will check-in youin and attach a processing number tag to the leg and fill out a processing form,  you will receive a copy for your records.  We will call you when your order is finished and  ready for pick-up.  CASH ONLY please.

Custom Grinding service: If you skin the deer at home and trim well the meat off the bone.  You can order speciality items* and get some of our regular popular items.  Bring in the hyde and you'll get a cash discount off your order.  (if there aren't too many holes in it).

You can keep your deer hyde. (we keep hydes normally)               $15.00

We charge extra, if the hyde has drag marks (hair missing), slices (tears), there's an spoiled odor, or more than 2 holes it considered not suitable for resale.

 

SPECIALITY ITEMS:   Are combined with other bulk deer meat orders.  Order them  when you drop-off your deer for processing.  We will make these items after the busy season, and call you when your speciality items are finished and ready to be picked-up.  Please pick them up within 24 hours after your called,   Thank-you and we hope you have a safe year and we'll see you in the fall.  Some specialty items are made with venison, pork and spices, and must be refrigerated or frozen untill ready to eat. If you store your jerky in the refrigerator try using a brown paper bag for storage. This will help prevent moisture on the jerky and spoilage.
