Dropping off your deer: Please remove all the guts and bung-hole before dropping off your deer for processing. Our staff will check-in your deer, attach a processing number tag to the deers leg and fill out a processing form. We will give you a processing number and a copy for your records. We will call you when your order is ready for pick-up. CASH ONLY!
Feeder Pigs & Cows 1/2 or whole, for sale: We custom process yours or our farm raised pigs, cow, goats. We can make fresh hams, bacon and smoked meats and sausage and more. We're ready for your family or business picnic this summer. We custom cut vacuum seal and lable all orders. Call in advance for market pricing or for additional information.
We are accepting orders at this time for farm raised animals.
Custom Grinding service: If you skin the deer at home and trim the meat off the bone. You can bring in the meat for custom grinding into sausage, burger, balogna, hotdogs, pepperoni or great steaks. Bring in the hyde and you'll get a cash discount off your order. (if there aren't too many holes in it).

We charge extra, if the hyde has drag marks, more than 2 holes or is considered not suitable for resale.
SPECIALITY ITEMS: (Made with other deer meat orders, during the hunting season only). These items are ordered and paid for, when you drop-off your deer for processing. We will make these items after the busy season, and call you when your speciality items are finished and ready to be picked-up. Please pick them up within 24 hours after your called. *Specialty items are made with venison, pork and spices. No preservitaves, and must be refrigerated or frozen untill ready to eat. If you store your jerky in the refrigerator try using a brown paper bag for storage. This will help prevent moisture on the jerky and spoilage.
