We custom process yours or our farm raised pigs, beef and goats.  We can make fresh hams, bacon and smoked meats and sausage and more. We're ready for your family or business picnic this summer.      Pigs, Veal, Beef, Goats, Sheep,Lambs are being processed January thru October 1st.  Please call in advance for ordering sizes and quanties as well as current market prices.  If you need a whole or 1/2  beef or pig we will  process, vacuum pack, and lable your meat for easy identification,  and each vacuum bag is marked "NOT FOR SALE".  We have pigs for BBQ's or fresh meat, and smoking is available for bacon and hams.
